Methi dana or Fenugreek seeds, a must for all Indian kitchens, is a reservoir of medicinal properties. Having a strong aroma and nutty flavor, it is widely used as a condiment for enriching cuisines.

Methi dana is rich in various vitamins and minerals and is found to be beneficial for reducing cholesterol, prompting weight loss and regulating blood sugar levels.

Our Methi dana has been sourced from villages situated in Ramganga west river catchment around the hills of Ranikhet (Almora district of Uttarakhand). The river originating in the southern slopes of Dudhatoli Hills of Gairsain subdivision (Diwali Khal) is endowed with beautiful landscapes and is the lifeline of world-famous Corbett National Park. As it flows through untouched mountain corridors, it brings with itself an abundance of chaste aquatic and loam properties. Fenugreek,grown by our women SHG members in their fields in this sublime valley, imbibes the purity of Ramganga waters, which manifests in its taste and properties.
